Child Support and the Child Support Guidelines is a booklet produced by Community Legal Education Ontario (CLEO), an organization funded by Legal Aid Ontario and the Department of Justice Canada. The booklet explains a parent’s legal responsibilities for child support in the event of separation or divorce and includes information on who must pay support, how to arrange for support to be paid, how support is enforced and income tax information.
